Incepted in the year 1996, we have been following a client oriented approach to trade and supply a premium range of High Temperature Felt Belt. Made and designed using quality materials, these belts are used as a substitute for wood strip and plumbago during the aluminum extruding process. Our High Temperature Felt Belt is capable of withstanding temperature up-to 600oC, thus is ideal for high temperature application. In addition, we are capable of customizing these belts on the parameters of lengths and thicknesses.

They are widely used throughout the aluminum extruding process, as a substitute for wood strip and plumbago. These materials possess a unique combination of characteristics including excellent resistance to prolonged high temperature exposure, excellent abrasion resistance and a smooth surface which does not scratch aluminum profiles. NTB ALU-EX Belts are Truly Endless, Heat Resistant, Needled Felts that have been developed for usein extremely HIGH TEMPERATURE applications. The belts can even be configured with welding of Tracking Profiles, Timing Belts & Chains to possess high friction properties positively & to avoid any chance of differential speeds. Silica resin treatment  

Zylon and Kevlar felts for pads and tubes can be treated with Silica resin to produce a harder felt. These harder felts are often used for heavier profiles and also provide more abrasion resistance. Silica contamination of the extrusion is possible.
